No one likes being told what to do.

Following the re-design work I did for three.co.uk, I created a style guide document that would support the consistency of user experience across all of 3's online channels. It covered everything from visual language, colour and typography, to page templates and brand personality. There was a cheeky cut-out-and-keep reminder for designers to stick on the wall, as well as guidelines for developers that covered SEO and accessibility. The guidelines were initially produced for use in the UK, but their success saw them being adopted across several european countries.
